Working closely with a farm in Essex, we collect the onions which were too small or blemished for the supermarket so would otherwise be left to rot in the field.

INGREDIENT STORY
Our pink onion and chilli relish is made from a special variety of Rosanna pink onions for which there are particularly high levels of wastage for the oversized and blemished ones.
We rescue the rejects and slowly caramelise them for a deliciously sticky and sweet relish. We pop in a bit of chilli to give you a proper little firecracker to add to your burgers or sandwiches.
